Account and authorization
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and have authority to connect each store, supplier account, and related service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Commerce decisions
Ferrily helps prepare and execute product, freight, supplier-order, fulfillment, and tracking actions. You remain responsible for product legality, pricing, taxes, customer commitments, supplier selection, inventory, shipping, refunds, and reviewing actions before confirmation.
Plans and payment
Plan limits and current prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse credentials, evade platform limits, interfere with the service, access another seller’s data, submit unlawful goods or orders, or use automation in a way that violates connected-provider terms.
Availability and liability
Connected platforms and suppliers can change or fail outside Ferrily’s control. The service is provided subject to applicable law, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed supplier outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and contact
We may restrict access to protect sellers, providers, or the service, and will provide notice when practical. You may stop using Ferrily and disconnect services at any time. Questions can be sent to legal@ferrily.top.
