What is Ferrily?

Ferrily is a dropshipping automation platform that connects your online stores to your suppliers. It lets you import products, map each product to one or more suppliers, place supplier orders in bulk, and sync status and tracking back to your store automatically.

Which platforms does Ferrily support?

Ferrily works with Shopify and WooCommerce. You can connect stores from both platforms in a single account and manage them side by side.

How do I get started?

There are four steps: connect your store, connect your supplier account, map each product to a supplier, and set a default shipping method. Most merchants are up and running in minutes.

Can I manage more than one store?

Yes. Connect multiple Shopify and WooCommerce stores in one account, each with its own currency and timezone, and switch between them or work across all of them. The number of stores depends on your plan.

How does bulk order placement work?

Orders sync from your store automatically. You review them, then place 100 or more supplier orders with a single click — saving up to 97% of the time manual ordering takes.

What happens if a supplier runs out of stock?

Map several suppliers to the same product. When your default supplier is out of stock, a backup supplier is used automatically so the order still ships and you don't lose the sale.

Will order status and tracking update automatically?

Yes. Order status updates from your supplier, and tracking numbers sync back to your store and to PayPal, with tracking details shown in shipping-confirmation emails.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, a forever-free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans add more stores, more supplier candidates per product, advanced mapping rules, automatic price sync, and priority support.

Do you charge commission on my orders?

No. Ferrily is a flat subscription and never takes a cut of your orders, so your margins stay entirely yours no matter how many orders you place.

How do I find a better or cheaper supplier?
